Pacific Analytics Support, Inc. is a high paced call center. We are actively seeking dynamic customer service specialists to join our team of professionals. We specialize in third party call center services. We create proactive and reactive communications with our customers who either want to cancel their services or recent account activity. We are located in the heart of Koreatown. Interviews will be conducted as long as this ad is up and we will be starting the training at the office in 1-2 weeks. At Pacific Analytics Support, we enjoy keeping the office environment light and fun, but we do require hard work.
Qualified Candidate Expectations:
-1 year Call Center Experience
-Resolve any customer complaints/issues in a pleasant and sound manner
-Understand customers' needs and educate them on offerings that would most benefit them
-Handle inbound calls on existing accounts to support and retain long-term satisfaction
-Meet monthly retention/sales goals
-Have excellent grammar and punctuation for email communication
-Customer service experience in a call center
-Type 40 WPM
-Bilingual Spanish/English (not required)
-Fun Work Environment
-40 WPM typing speed
-Knowledge of Google based products (Google Voice, Google Docs, Gmail)
-Monday through Friday (7AM PST - 3PM PST and 9AM PST -5 PM PST).
-Inbound Calls only, no cold calls
-Incentives based on sales goals
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $13.00 to $14.00 /hour
