Job Description:
Join our team as a HotShot Driver! We’re looking for reliable and experienced drivers to transport cargo on a commission basis. Must have your own truck and trailer (3/4 ton or 1 ton trucks accepted) (flatbed trailers preferred).
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport cargo using your own truck and trailer.
- Load cargo as needed (up to 50% of loads may require manual loading).
- Take pictures of loads before pickup & after delivery.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain and manage your own equipment and fuel costs.
Requirements:
- No CDL required.
- Must have your own truck and trailer.
- Previous driving experience preferred.
- Ability to manually load cargo when necessary.
- Commitment to a minimum of 2 weeks of work every month.
- Must be able to travel out of state.
- Clean Driving Record.
- Must have phone with a good camera able to take high resolution photos.
