Roessel Joy has partnered with a leading hospitality client in the MetroWest area in search of a contract HR Administrator. This is a great opportunity to work for a growing company with excellent culture and phenomenal reviews. This is a maternity leave coverage that would start asap and would be a duration of 4 months.

The main responsibilities for the contract HR Administrator are:

  • Assist with recruiting process - schedule interviews and book interview rooms
  • Manage all employee on-boarding and terminations
  • Assist with benefits administration, 401(k) plans, and bonus plans
  • Assist with HR compliance
  • Manage HR training and create new training

The main requirements for the contract HR Administrator are:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a human resources administration role
  • Experience with HRIS systems
  • Experience working in a fast paced and changing environment

Job Types: Temporary, Contract

Salary: $28.00 to $35.00 /hour
