The Kimpton Brand Director will focus on developing systems, strategies, and tools to ensure that as we scale globally we can continue to innovate, inspire our guests, and deliver our brand in a 'consistently unique' way for each of our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
Work with CCO and VP Brand to define multi-year Kimpton brand strategy to grow Kimpton brand awareness and equity
Partner with IHG Brand Insights team to track Kimpton brand health
Lead brand planning process with IHG Global Brand team
Develop new brand tools and evolve existing ones to help us scale and grow globally
Manage budget
Oversee Kimpton brand, ensuring it is accurately portrayed and represented in all touchpoints internally and externally
Partner with ops, Kimpton brand creative director, IT, sales & catering, commercial to develop and manage ongoing brand standards documents. Evolve annually based on company's growing needs
Partner with Guest Experience team to deliver innovations to Kimpton's guest journey driven by property type and segment.
Assess and refine Kimpton's digital asset management strategy, ensuring the needs of the company are metInspire and educate key internal and external stakeholders on the Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants brand
Drive the Kimpton Hotels & Restaurant brand across the Operations, People & Culture, Commercial, and Development teams

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, or related experience
5-7 years of experience in brand or creative management role
Experience working for brand or creative agency
Hospitality experience preferred
Prior project management

Fluency in Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite
Proven project management skills
Proven communication skills
Design direction skills
Experience managing brands and creative agencies
Passionate about travel, food, systems and tools, and aesthetics
Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
