Full Job Description
Manages consulting engagements and technology-based Information Technology solution projects for clients. Applies leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts; contributes to the development of new principles and concepts. Works on unusually complex problems and provides highly innovative solutions. Operates with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision; mentors or supervises employees in both firm and technical competencies.
8+ years of experience with successfully managing the delivery of software systems within the federal government or commercial entity
Experience with managing large software delivery projects and contracts
Experience with managing projects using agile or iterative SDLC methodologies
Experience with managing projects with a major commercial off-the-self (COTS) product component, including business process management, customer relationship management, content management, or document management system such as Appian, Pega, Salesforce, OpenText, or Microsoft Dynamics
Experience with clinical and regulatory technologies, processes, and concepts
Ability to work with client organizations to translate business needs into a technology strategy and solution
Ability to work business development, including leading and supporting proposal efforts
Ability to obtain a security clearance
BS or BA degree
Experience with working for US Federal health clients preferred
Experience with Enterprise Performance Life Cycle (EPLC) compliance preferred
Project Management Institute certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent preferred
