This position is for a Fulltime Employee to be located onsite in Plano, TX offices only, No remote option, C2C or contract roles

Summary:
Responsible for defining and implementing quality engineering strategies. Focus on all layers of the application stack, applying knowledge of technical architecture and sound engineering practices to drive automation adoption within the appropriate phases of the software development lifecycle.

General Description:
Responsible for establishing and evolving formal QA processes for applications in the Global Banking & Markets Portal environment. Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met. Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally. Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated).

Required Skills:
7+ years of proven software testing experience
Prior experience in Automation testing (QTP/Selenium/TOSCA/RIT)
Strong experience within the Agile Methodology.
Quick learner and self starter who requires minimal supervision to excel in a dynamic environment
Deep understanding of the software development and QA life cycle processes (including test planning, test case design, execution, defect tracking and reporting)
Experience in using GIT to store and organize test cases
Proven ability to work on testing projects of all sizes
Prior experience driving issue resolutions with development Excellent written and verbal communication skills interact across all levels from junior members to senior management
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
Experience in developing automation frameworks using Page Object Model, Data driven test approach in Selenium and/or UFT
Experience in writing CSS Selectors, Relative Xpath, Absolute Xpath.
Adaptive, flexible and comfortable working in a matrix environment as a Sr. team member or an individual contributor

Desired Skills:
Demonstrated understanding of application architectures
Experience with Artifactory
Demonstrated experience with Ansible
Development experience in one or more of the common development stacks (Java/J2EE, .NET, Modern Web), and supporting unit test frameworks
Demonstrated experience in leading initiatives to mature test automation practices

Strong verbal and written communication skills
