We are looking for an ambitious, smart and energetic team player to lead our growing Sales Development Team.

The Sales Development Team Lead plays a critically important role in building sales pipeline through managing a team of sales development representatives (SDR’s). As a player-coach, you will train, manage, and inspire a team of four initially, as well as demonstrate what excellence looks like by building your own accounts.

Reporting to the Managing Director of Marketing, you will work with the Sales, Sales Operations, and Marketing organizations to run multi-touch phone, email, event and direct mail campaigns. This is a highly visible role with C-suite and Senior Management.

A successful candidate will have experience managing SDRs, preferably at an enterprise-class SAAS environment, and in consistently meeting quota. Preference given to self-starters with exceptional written and telephone sales skills, At RapidRatings, we encourage the career growth of SDR Team member into other company roles in Enterprise Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities Will Include:
Implement sales/marketing tools and be the power-user for the SDR Team
Coach, Train, Develop, and Hire SDR team members
Demonstrate first-hand the critical skills needed to be successful
Build your own personal pipeline of opportunities
Coordinate with Senior Management on processes, quotas, and KPIs
Who We Are Seeking

SDR Manager with 2-4 years' experience, and 1+ years managing the day-to-day operations of an Inside Sales team
Strong Communicator, Leader, and Sales Rep
Demonstrated Success in a SDR role
Expert in Cold & Warm Sales outreaches
Ability to be agile in a working environment
Pro-active and results driven
Team orientated
In depth knowledge of sales and sales automation tools including Salesforce, Outreach and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
