This is a principal level manager job. You will be influencing many engineers on the team - those that directly report to you, and cross group, so you will need to create and maintain positive and productive working relationships across teams. Our team is responsible for the application platform services that enable applications to be built, operated, and maintained by customizers and developers alike and support active usage around the world by hundreds of thousands of customers. We are looking for an engineer manager, who thinks strategically, leads with passion, works pragmatically in a dynamic environment, and enjoys getting stuff done.
8+ years of software development experience in C#, C++ or Java
BS/MS in Computer Science or Engineering
Deep analytical skills and an ability to architect and develop scalable solutions Experience building and managing world class engineering teams
Excellent communication, cross group collaboration skills and ability to deal with ambiguity
Ability to work in a dynamic and agile environment
Passionate, self-motivated and customer focused
Experience in cloud development principles and patterns, particularly loosely coupled architectures and micro-services.
