Olde Wood Ltd. located in Magnolia OH, a high production custom millwork facility of wood flooring is seeking motivated individuals due to the increasing demand for our quality products.
We currently have full-time positions available for Machine Operators on first shift. Start immediately! Paid weekly!!
Olde Wood is willing to train any successful candidates with structured, step-by-step training and positive, supportive coaching from management and peers.
No prior manufacturing experience is necessary, but a plus. Great opportunity to learn more responsibilities and grow a career. This is a physically demanding job.
- Must be able to work 8+ hours a day
- Lift 50 lbs regularly
- Must be 18 years of age
- Willing and able to work safely in a manufacturing environment
- Able to perform manual labor
- Able to have good attendance
- Must be able to work overtime
- Able to follow instructions and work in a team environment
- Must have transportation to and from work
- Read measuring tape, gauges, and/or caliper
- Follow work orders
- Perform safety inspections on a production machine
- Monitor product quality
- Set up and calibrate equipment and accessories
- Load and unload equipment and materials
- Log and record measurements for equipment machines and procedures
- Follow company safety protocol
- Perform machine maintenance and regular cleaning of the machine
- Ensure machine procedures are done in accordance with the guidelines of the company
- Inspecting finished products
- Take pride in the machine and the products that you produce
