mid Shift (12 noon-9pm)

We have an opening for a Fleet Administrator - Customer Support Rep to build and maintaining strong working relationships with our customers. This opening is at our Cincinnati Headquarters in Sharonville.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
Develop and Maintain strong working relationship with customer's fleet management & driver personnel, customer's local business management & department leaders
Vendor management and adherence to strict maintenance policies
Collect relevant repair & maintenance data and keep customer's vehicles operating in good mechanical condition
Manage phones for break-down center & email communications associated with 24/7 roadside assistance for VehiCare customer base
Develops and nurtures strong business relationships with on-site repair vendors and dealership shops within the VehiCare repair shop network
Analyzes repair estimates to determine if work is necessary and negotiate discounted rates for repairs
Utilize complex fleet management & account payables operating platforms in order to enter repair and purchase order details to level of departmental policies
Quick thinking, ability to follow departmental policies around break-down work with the ability to improvise and identify creative solutions to vehicle related break-down issues
Communicates and coordinates policies, practices, and procedures with department and company managers and officials, vendors, reporting agencies and the public
Maintains harmony among workers and helps resolve grievances
Adjusts/corrects errors and fields and responds to complaints in a timely & appropriate manner
Will work in conjunction with current Billing Team Supervisor to follow up on invoicing questions & concerns
Must be able to work independently
Education and Experience
3-5 years related experience
Experience in a high-volume vehicle breakdown processing environment, particularly with the over the road trucking industry Preferred
Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
Ability to work with computers and the Microsoft Office suite of products (particularly Outlook, Word & Excel) are a must
Oracle, Excede and Made2Manage ERP software experience a plus. Pareto data analysis a plus
Strong leadership skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
2 year degree in Business or Fleet Management preferred OR equivalent combination of experience and education
