The responsibilities of this position include the smooth, efficient, and professional operations within the assigned area/clinic and in accordance with all established TMC Rehab, Inc. policies and procedures. Patient customer service is a primary responsibility for this position. Also this position is responsible for timely coordination (scheduling) of patients with appropriate therapy staff in compliance with established plan of care. All patients and representatives of TMC Rehab, Inc. will be greeted in a courteous and professional manner, including other TMC Rehab Employees visiting the site/clinic to foster a positive experience and impression for all involved. Medical records should be kept according to established company policies and procedures and within compliance with all applicable federal and state guidelines.
