Spreadshirt, Inc, an online custom apparel company, currently has openings for Seasonal Customer Service Reps for the Holiday Season. Positions begin in October and will be offered a 5 day a week, 40 hour set schedule lasting through mid-January. Paid training is provided.
Summary of this Role
This position is responsible for answering inquiries from customers and partners about our site, as well as their orders, shops, and designs. In addition you will also process exchanges/returns and resolve production issues, and as well as additional tasks and projects
Set 40 hour work week, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am to 8pm. You will receive an 8 hour daily schedule within this time frame, at least two late shifts per week. Hours are subject to change and weekend shifts may be required at the manager’s discretion.
