Provide administrative support to GAP Solutions HQ, primarily Human Resources and Recruiting. Individual may provide office support as requested.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Reformat resumes for submissions to the federal customer. May be requested to assist in reformatting resumes on proposal efforts.
Conduct reference checks on potential new hires. Follow up with team members on completion status of the reference checks.
Post jobs as requested on job boards and state workforce websites.
Conduct quality assurance checks on new hires, ensuring references, assessments, and other requirements are completed. Completion of the Quality Assurance Forms must be accurate.
Provide support on salary and job fair research.
Process selected hires for background checks.
Perform data entry in proprietary systems in accordance with instructions provided.

Human Resources

Assist with preparation of mailing (labeling envelopes, stamping envelopes, stuffing envelopes, etc.)
Prepare personnel files and ensure filing is maintained on a regular basis.
Initiate onboarding and offboarding of new hires and departing employees.
Provide new hire orientation support.
Assist employees with HRIS password reset.
Support volunteering initiatives.

Office-wide Support

Maintain office and breakroom supplies.
Generate purchase orders and assist management with expense reports as requested.
Process ID badge requests for offsite employees.
Post conference room schedule daily.
Coordinate company events.
Answer phones and route calls to appropriate individual.
Greet visitors.
Retrieve and distribute mail to appropriate staff daily.
Provide back up support to a federal contract on as needed basis.
May be requested to provide support on special projects.

Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma
One year of clerical and administrative experience in an office setting

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred
Experience working in an HR or Recruiting department is highly desirable
Experience with utilizing MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Must be able to pass company background investigation
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.
