Software Trainer

Full-time | Commission$35,000 - $40,000 a year

This is a unique opportunity. We offer a base salary and commissions on up-sells.

The 24/7 Customer Success Specialist serves as a prime educator to customers with all facets of the 24/7 Software. The Customer Success Specialist will provide training, software support and technical customer service to all 24/7 customers in our Coral Springs office via the telephone, internet and on-site.

Duties / Responsibilities of Position

  • Coordinate and set-up training sessions with customers
  • Provide all training required for customers to implement software
  • Provide direct technical customer support for 24/7 software
  • Respond to customer support calls/requests within established time frames
  • Assure timely and thorough resolution of customer support issues
  • Maintain all documentation in accordance with company standards
  • Assess customers’ needs and follow up with established strategies for full implementation and/or resolution
  • Appropriately escalate customer support issues to Tier II support personnel
  • Sell customers products that were not initially purchased
  • Available for After Hours Support
  • Travel for on-site training (US and internationally)15-20% of the time

  • Strong analytical ability with a technical aptitude, demonstrated by proficiency in some technical skill (preferably related to web content/programming or data analysis)
  • Attention to detail and organizational/project management skills
  • Ability to function independently in a busy environment, as well as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree


Pay $35k and after a 90-day trial increase to $40k/year plus Commissions - once the specialist has proven they can achieve up-sells
