NAOVI is seeking Test Engineering Lead to work in a dynamic and agile DevOps environment leading teams in the development of test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts, executing test plans/scripts, and providing test results to the development teams and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline or equivalent experience.

Multiple Openings:
Must have 6 years of professional experience or 4 years with a Master’s degree or 2 years with PhD in a related discipline.
Must have 8 years of professional experience or 6 years with a Master’s degree or 4 years with PhD in a related discipline.
DoD 8570.1 IAT Level 2 certification or the ability to obtain certification within three months of employment.
Strong experience performing verification and functional performance testing, preferably in an agile-focused DevOps environment using automated test methods and tools.
Experience developing Test & Evaluation (T&E) Strategy, Test & Evaluation Master Plan, Event Test Plans, Test Readiness Assessments, and T&E Reports.
Experience managing multiple teams and projects of variable sizes and providing technical direction for the functional performance and verification testing of all system components
Experience and/or familiarity with Agile development, DevOps, with knowledge of best practices for continuous automated functional and verification testing of applications and databases.
ALL CANDIDATES MUST BE U.S. CITIZENS AND HAVE A TS CLEARANCE WITH SCI ELIGIBILITY (SSBI WITHIN THE PAST 5 YEARS).

Desired Qualifications:
DoD 8570.1 IAT Level III certification preferred
Certified Software Test Professional (CSTP)
Experience and/or familiarity with Agile development, DevOps, Continuous Development / Continuous Integration concepts, and tools such as Docker, Jenkins, Rational Team Concert, JIRA, Git, Chef, Ansible, and Puppet
Experience with automated test capabilities such as Junit, JMeter, Cucumber, Selenium, etc.
Experience with scripting languages such as Perl, Python, PowerShell, VBScript, etc.
Experience with Windows, UNIX, and Linux systems and virtual environments (VMware, AWS, OpenStack).
Experience with DOORS or other requirements management tools
Technical understanding of cybersecurity attack techniques and associated mitigation techniques Project management experience including project planning, scheduling and Earned Value Management;
Develop and maintain test documentation including plans, procedures, reports, etc.
Analyze test results.
Document and keep program management informed of any and all deviations from customer requirements.
Demonstrated experience and/or familiarity with the following:
Interface definition and documentation (ICDs)
End-to-end IV&V processes and methodologies
Tools for requirements management, software development, discrepancy reporting and configuration management
Test script development.
Automated testing tools (e.g. HP quality center).
Support research, design, develop, deploy, configure, administration and maintenance of intrusion detection and prevention system (IDS/IPS).
May perform team lead functions.
