Must be bi-lingual in Spanish and English as well as having strong telephone communication, organizational and customer service skills. Call center agent will handle inbound phone calls generated by advertising in Spanish media.
● Answering phones from customers and respond to customer inquiries.
● Represent Law Firm in a professional manner.
● Learn case selection criteria ie Who qualifies for disability payments.
● Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources.
● Ability to work in a team environment.
● Good computer skills.
● Good multitasking skills.
