Well established HP, Lexmark, and Konica Minolta dealer located in Elizabethtown, KY, with a total of 6 offices located throughout KY, is seeking a detail orientated individual who is able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, servicing and delivering our award-winning products. As a copier technician you will be responsible for delivery, set up, and eventually trained on repair and maintenance of our digital copiers, multifunctional and connected digital products.
Responsibilities and Duties
This entry level position has opportunity for growth into a certified field service technician.
Responsible for driving box truck to customer's location (within XBS' KY territory), assembling and testing equipment and ensuring that the loading and delivery processes are safe and secure.
Attending onsite and online trainings to learn to repair machines
Qualifications and Skills
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Problem solving/troubleshooting skills a plus
Any mechanical knowledge is a plus
Customer care understanding/knowledge is a plus
Requirements
Valid driver’s license
Physical and Drug Screening (required by DOT to drive box truck)
Ability to team lift 50-100 lbs.
