CEI is looking for a Corporate Technical Recruiter who will recruit for internal technical infrastructure positions at CEI by employing a variety of recruiting strategies. This person will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting responsibilities for corporate positions including Architects, Developers, Associate Developers and more.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Understand staff hiring needs and create recruiting strategies to find high quality candidates.
  • Build a pool of highly skilled candidates by utilizing direct sourcing strategies, the company database, internet sources, networking and other recruiting sources.
  • Screen and interview potential candidates.
  • Manage the interviewing and selection process.
  • Extend and negotiate offers to selected candidates.

Qualifications, skills, and requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of professional recruiting experience.
  • A high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Self motivated, driven and energetic with exceptional work ethic.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of the technology consulting industry is a plus.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Bullhorn is a plus.
  • First-rate decision making skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Problem solving skills with unstructured information.
  • Strong ability to research.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00 to $80,000.00 /year
