Individual will be responsible for providing customer service to players, retailers, and/or the general public and will validate and issue payment of lottery prizes; respond to e-mail and mail correspondence, as well as telephone requests; sell Scratchers and Draw Games tickets; accurately maintain cash drawer and ticket inventory; update ticket log and adjustment credit spreadsheets; and obtain winner stories and photos. Individual will also assist with maintaining inventory of office supplies and forms; merchandise lobby area with game information, promotions, and winner information items. Position located in St. Louis, MO.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Two years of office or public contact experience, and possession of a high school diploma or a GED certificate. (College coursework may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for the stated experience.) Prior experience working in a customer service atmosphere would be beneficial. Applicant should be proficient in Word and Excel.
