We are a Privately Owned Best-in-class Boat Service and Sales company established in 1986. Setting us apart from the Box Stores and Mom & Pops of the industry is that we are a Boutique Firm consisting of 50 Service and Sales Professionals that are hyper focused on our Customer's Experience with a full service boat yard and marina and the skilled Technicians to back up what you sell, the promises you make, and most importantly, to deliver on what today's discriminating customers require.

Position Profile

Candidates must have boating experience and at least 3 years of proven successful high price luxury sales experience.

This position is a full-time, year round, commissioned selling position with 6 figure earnings. As a member of our Sales Team your opportunities and responsibilities include:

  • New Boat Sales for Jupiter, Cobia, Beneteau Power and Sail including Gran Turismo, Monte Carlo, Swift Trawlers, Oceanis and Sense yachts, and Austin Parker.
  • Boat Brokerage Sales including listing boats for sale.
  • Phone Prospecting.
  • Tracking your Call Reports and Conversion Ratios.
  • Selling at boat shows and our On the Water Events.
  • Qualifying prospective buyers.
  • Working along with our Project Managers to deliver the boats you have sold.

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Salary: $125,000.00 to $300,000.00 /year
