Full Job Description
The Associate HR Business Partner will support the Employee Relations team in implementing and administering Human Resources policies and procedures to ensure a complete understanding of business needs and objectives, and to resolve HR issues.
Assists with implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures and their dissemination through various employee communications
Supports HR Business Partners in employee investigations including documenting and resolving common employee relations issues. Conducts effective and thorough interviews to detail out objective findings, as necessary.
Provides support on leave of absences, health and wellness benefits, worker’s compensation and ergonomic assessment inquiries
Develops and maintains affirmative action program; files EEO-1 report annually; maintains other records, reports and logs to conform to EEO regulations
Assists with employee off-boarding including exit interviews
Assists with interviewing potential candidates.
Keep apprised of federal, state and local employment laws and regulations in order to ensure company compliance.
Supports the launch and ongoing delivery of performance management programs.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
4+ years of progressive human resources and employee relations experience.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field from a four-year university required.
Master's degree in Business Administration preferred.
