Navarro Farms MO, dba Gold Rush Cannabis Co. has been operating in the Missouri medical and adult use program for 3+ years. We are seeking a well-established sales manager in the Missouri Cannabis industry that can make an immediate impact upon hire. This opportunity includes joining a dynamic sales team to help grow Gold Rush Cannabis Co. and help thousands of patients statewide get the quality medicine they deserve. Our team has the industry knowledge and commitment to continuously create and expand groundbreaking products.
Responsibilities include:
· Actively sell and increase gross sales on all product lines and brands
· Guide and train a team of sales reps and brand ambassadors
· Assist with sales process on all accounts
· Lead sales meetings and initiatives
· Resolve customer challenges by open channels of communication, investigate challenge, develop solutions, and execute
· Monitor and share competitive marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, merchandising techniques, events, promotions, industry trends
· Continuous education, training and development on cannabis and key industry information and data
· Navigate and update internal management system (LeafLink)
· Manage client-specific marketing efforts and assets
· Manage sales team KPI’s and ensuring targets are met
Qualifications and Skills:
· Microsoft Office proficiency, primarily Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
· Reliable transportation for daily travel; may include overnights and weekends
· 2+ years of Missouri cannabis sales experience
· Collaborative and organized
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Proficient cannabis knowledge
· Proven experience leading teams to improved outcomes over time
· Experience turning leadership team direction into actionable direction to a larger team
· Basic METRC knowledge
· Marketing experience preferred, not required
