2nd shift Dough/Crème Mixer
Shift Hours- 1:45pm - 12:15am
Job Description:
As a dough and crème mixer, you are responsible for accurately weighing and mixing ingredients, insuring that all batches are mixed & sheeted in accordance with the scheduled time-frame, recording information such as temperatures, codes, times and weights, and keeping the mixing area/equipment clean and in acceptable condition at all times.
Requirements:
· Frequently lift and/or move up to 50lbs.
· Occasionally move pallets weighing up to 2,500lbs. with pallet jack
· Regularly required to stand, walk, use stairs, and reach
· Work in cold and/or hot temperatures
· Be able to work in a fast- paced environment
· Must be able available to work weekends
Compensation & Benefits:
· Starting at $18/Hour
· Shift Differential for 2nd Shift
