The ability for merchants to provide "buy everywhere, fulfill anywhere" capabilities at the center of merchants’ omnichannel strategy across both B2B and B2C. Order Management and Payments solutions enable merchants to deliver seamless experiences to their customers as well as drive incremental top line revenue while optimizing their bottom line costs. Magento's Order Management solution is growing rapidly and is a strategic piece of our solution portfolio, and Payments is an exciting new product introduction opportunity.

We’re looking for a stellar leader to develop and lead a team of product managers to drive its success. This role will make a strategic contribution, driving and delivering on our product strategy and delivering meaningful business results, as well as an operational one, driving excellence of the internal and external customer experience. This role will report to the Magento Sr. Director of Product.


Develop and lead a team of high performance Product Managers and Owners.
Study market and customer needs, using structured research and data to build business case for product investments.
Drive product strategy and roadmap, drive to timely decisions at Executive and staff level, and communicate to the company, its customers and partners, and the Magento Community.
Translate big-picture goals into specific priorities, plans and objectives; drive multiple projects from concept to delivery; measure results against those objectives.
Collaborate closely with peers in Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, Sales and Services to ensure product success.
Forecast business impact from product plans and measuring and communicating success or failure of initiatives after launch.
Develop thought leadership and evangelize next-generation omnichannel commerce, serve as a spokesperson for your product to customers, prospects and the industry.

Minimum of 4 years of experience leading a successful commercial software product management team. Experience in a SaaS model highly desired.
Specific experience in retail e-commerce product management and/or development.
Expertise in order management is preferred, background in order management, inventory management, on-line/off-line integration across solutions like ERP, POS etc. will be considered.
Proven ability to lead larger cross-functional teams to execute product strategy, roadmap execution and GTM and operational plans.
Proven ability to self-manage, self-motivate and prioritize to be effective even in times of ambiguity. Results-oriented, with a strong bias for action.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the desire and ability to present to and influence internal and external audiences.
Bachelor’s degree in related field required; Master's degree and/or 10+ years professional related work experience preferred.
