Timely and accurate reconciliation of valuation cash and assets with the Investment Managers
Providing support on the following functions
Annual management fees
Provision of ad-hoc Management & Client information
Servicing queries from clients booked via 3rd party institutions
Ad-hoc administration tasks
Ensure the preparation, review, filing and distribution of documents on a timely basis in accordance with regulatory guidelines
Bookkeeping of journal entries into fund administration system
Assist in the training and review work and assist Account Manager in performing accounting and administrative service delivery to customers
Identify and highlight opportunities for internal process improvement and increase in efficiency
The successful applicant will ideally have between 3 - 5 years finance industry experience administering or auditing funds with:
Strong analytical experience gained in funds, company administrative or financial services environments
Ideally studying towards a professional qualification either Accountancy or Chartered Secretary.
Good attention to detail and presentation of information
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work to tight deadlines & be flexible to demands
Ability to work as a member of team, and act as role model to junior staff members
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to build and manage strong relationships both internally and externally
Willing to listen to others, is approachable and willing to learn from peers and leaders
Accepts responsibility for contributions as a team member
