Lead all phases of the recruitment process, including posting advertisements, screening resumes, conducting applicant telephone screenings, scheduling interviews, and pre-employment screening.
Research alternative ways to recruit talent, as well as attend job fairs and social networking events, conduct resume database searches, and make cold calls.
Maintain the applicant tracking database (ATS), currently TalentRover for recruitment and reporting purposes.
Conduct new hire orientation meetings to include the completion of new hire forms and an explanation of company benefits, personnel policies, and procedures.
Identify new creative strategies and build relationships with other organizations to enhance the pipeline of candidates for tough to fill jobs or scarce skills
Must be able to implement and analyze recruitment metrics and design strategies based on outcomes.
Maintain employee confidence and protect operations integrity by keeping human resource information confidential.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-5 work experience in hands-on recruitment efforts required.
Experience in recruiting for technology professionals preferred.
