We are seeking an enthusiastic and eager sales support professional to fill our opening for a Sales Support Admin in our Cleveland office. This is a full-time position with flexible work hours and the ability to work from home two days a week. We are looking for a self-motivated, driven individual that can keep up with the busy schedule this position demands.
You will be responsible for growing the existing market while researching, identifying and converting critical leads on an ongoing basis to increase Embrace’s market share. This position acts a direct connection between the Embrace sales team and the multiple departments at Embrace including claims, customer care, technology, marketing, operations, and product. You will work closely with your sales team colleagues in collaborating and suggesting ideas to assist sales in increasing policies sold and creating departmental efficiencies. There will also be times when you interact with veterinary hospital clients to overcome challenges and support their needs.

Maintain a clean, accurate and up to date CRM database and/or Excel spreadsheet for effective prospect tracking.
Monitor lead queues daily and follow-up with prospects via phone call and email as necessary and in coordination with sales management.
Assist Director of Sales as needed in RFP/RFI response management, follow-up, and presentation prep.
Serve as a point person between different departments, claims, customer service, and marketing for sales representative account related support.
Help coordinate Regional and National Conferences.
Obtain a property and casualty license to help sales representatives manage staff pet insurance policies.
Provide support to sales representative accounts when they are out of office.
Assist with planning, scheduling and coordinating travel and events for bi-annual sales meetings.
Assist Sales Manager & Director of Sales as needed for routine activities or strategic initiatives.
Prepare sales reports for Sales Manager and Director of Sales as needed using CRM and Excel.
Assist with the inventory, ordering and shipment of marketing materials.
Qualifications and Education
Bachelor’s Degree and/or 2 + years of inside sales/office admin experience
1+ year as a veterinary technician or industry experience a plus but not a requirement
