Sr Mgr, HR – US L&D, Leadership & Culture
Own onboarding for the US zone, including taking ownership of the redesign of the program and coaching and developing the Onboarding Specialist.
Own the creation of functional onboarding across the organization to empower new hires to excel in their role. Includes assessing current state, building a road map, designing tools, templates and training.
Own the design, development and implementation a leadership accelerator program for high potential leaders to ensure we have talent needed to achieve our organizational goals.
Own the design, development and implementation a program for individual contributors to build their skills and prepare them to take on leadership roles in the future.
Create a mentoring strategy and work cross-functionally to gain buy-in and ensure consistency across the globe. Own the quality of all mentoring programs.
Build and implement career development resources that all US employees can leverage to grow and develop their careers at Kraft Heinz and be more effective in their roles.
Support global leadership programs and design enhancements for the US Zone to boost the skill level across the organization.
Facilitate trainings to a wide range of audiences.
Act as a US Zone lead for the company learning management system to ensure employees are aware of and have access to learning opportunities.
Generate quarterly dashboards to show trends and engagement level in learning offerings.
Act as strategic partner to business leaders by identifying specific learning needs and providing coaching and support.
Own operational aspects of the learning portfolio including: vendor sourcing, budgets, project management, communication, branding and marketing.
Recommend appropriate delivery modality (e.g., classroom, on demand, virtual classroom, performance support, blended learning). Buy, build, and/or redesign solutions as needed.
Develop deep relationships within the business, across talent and within the global L&D functions to ensure we are designing, developing and delivering the right solutions at the right time.
Bachelor's degree, preferable master’s degree in training and development, human resources development, education, industrial/organizational psychology or related field.
7 years of learning and development or human capital consulting experience.
2 years people management experience
Proven success of innovative L&D projects
Previous experience within CPG or strategic business focus
Strong presentation skills and ability to present ideas and training programs to all levels of the organization.
Ability to be proactive, prioritize work and handle multiple assignments and priorities in a timely manner.
Excellent organizational, customer service, time-management and multitasking skills.
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and present data-driven insights and trends in a simple and compelling way.
Tell a logically structured, succinct, and compelling story tailored to your audience; convey clear and easily actionable recommendations.
Attention to detail, and track record of developing high quality learning experiences required.
Contemporary adult learning expertise including instructional design, LMS, MOOCs, classroom (physical/virtual) training, digital learning and technology.
Prior experience working directly with senior leadership (CHRO/CEO/Business Leaders).
Relationship, consensus building, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently.
Experience working in a global and distributed learning organization.
Willing to travel as required.
