Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
NYU Grossman School of Medicine, an affiliate partner of Health and Hospitals, is recruiting fulltime CRNAs to join our team of professionals in the Department of Anesthesia at Woodhull Medical Center.
Qualified candidates will be responsible for administering general/regional and local anesthesia for patients undergoing surgical and obstetrical procedures on an elective or emergency basis; perform life support functions during the period in which anesthesia is administered, including induction and intubation procedures; perform invasive arterial/venous cannulations and monitors vital functions including blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen levels and fluid volume. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential along with the ability to problem solve.
