All-Lift Systems is looking for a Full-time Material Handler at the East Hazel Crest location.
The Material Handler is responsible for efficiently managing and moving materials within the warehouse and production facility. This will include storing, inventory management, material movement, order fulfillment, safety compliance, and documentation of materials in the facility.
Duties & Responsibilities

Properly storing materials and products in designated locations to ensure easy access and efficient inventory management.

Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and report discrepancies and shortages.

Use material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) to transport materials between storage areas and production lines or shipping docks.

Pick and prepare orders for production according to specifications, ensuring that all items are accurately pulled.

Adhere to all company safety protocols and guidelines, including proper handling and storage of hazardous materials.

Maintain accurate records of material transactions and inventory logs.

Other shop duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
Education & Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.

Material handling experience.

Forklift operating experience.

Basic math and computer skills.

Organizational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Bilingual – ability to speak both English and Spanish.
Working Conditions

Warehouse environment with varying temperatures and conditions.

Requires standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods of time.

Occasional overtime or shift work depending on the company needs of the facility.
