The Customer Service Representative is someone who is customer focused and who exhibits impeccable professionalism with both internal and external customer interactions.
Starting salary range $15 - $17 based on experience
Answer incoming calls and answer questions regarding service/installation/central station/billing, etc.
Follow-up to solve problems by scheduling work orders or notifying the appropriate departments of issues.
Check to ensure action was taken to resolve customers' issues.
Record customer interactions/resolutions/details of complaint in computer system.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Minimum of two years call center experience
Excellent customer service and communication skills
High school equivalent required
