Highly Skilled Remodeler Starting pay from $25 - $35 per hour, based on qualifications. Our ideal candidate must have a "Verifiable-Minimum" of at least 5+ years of very well-rounded and highly-skilled remodeling, maintenance, and repair experience including but not limited to frame carpentry, finish carpentry, small concrete, drywall/ texture installation/ repair/ painting, and minor electrical, plumbing and tile. Candidates must have an excellent eye for detail, a positive attitude, outstanding problem-solving abilities, and top-notch customer service. Background check, and a decent driving record are required. We place a high value on high-quality work and high-quality employees.
