Today we are looking for exceptional, outgoing and friendly sales people within our Lands’ End Shops at Sears who will share our love for the brand we sell, the customers we serve and the work we do on a daily basis.
• Create engaging customer experiences and drive sales by utilizing approved consultative selling practices to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions • Maintain current knowledge of Lands’ End merchandise, product features, and benefits. • Leverage the website, catalog order processes and in-store digital solutions to offer customer solutions for items not available in store. • Process customer transactions in the Point of Sale system, including sales, returns, and exchanges. • Partner with other associates and cashiers to provide superior customer service (i.e., locate merchandise, assist customers, answer phones, ring registers, etc). • Set and maintain sales floor to merchandising and presentation standards. • Perform promotional ad setup and take down without error or omission. • Maintain a neat and orderly stock room to facilitate efficient replenishment, location of merchandise and orderly prop and sign management. • Actively stocks sales floor throughout the day.
