You might be currently working in Consulting, media project management or production for Fortune 1000s or a Creative who has had a sizeable amount of time working directly with clients to execute deliverables. You could also be in an entirely different role, but possess the intangibles and drive to hit the ground running.

About Us

We are L Street Collaborative, a Venture Development Studio that owns and operates a portfolio of businesses that include an internally incubated Startup solving lost & found, a digital media communications studio and ventures making ground in areas like Blockchain, among others. We are looking to add an experienced Digital Marketing Project Manager with an Account Management (or similar role) background to our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of project pipeline/deadline management, be comfortable with relaying client requirements to internal teams (as well as freelancers) and understand the relationship between client needs and our own business objectives.

About the Role

Our ideal candidate will possess experience across the full breadth of communications projects (including video and live events).

  • Devising, monitoring, and keeping awareness of budgets and estimates
  • Managing client expectations and perceptions through proactive communication
  • Actively listening and promoting opportunities for business within existing client relationships
  • Working hands-on in a small business and fast paced environment

Qualities We're Seeking:

  • 4-6 years of relevant project management or equivalent experience in a B2B agency or media production company
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Similar Work Experience (PMP certification is a plus)
  • Technical experience in print, web, digital, video, event and meeting production
  • Knowledge of project management frameworks, MS Office programs, Basecamp, Hubspot CRM and financial management tools
  • Excellent ability and confidence to negotiate and present to Senior Executives
  • Advanced verbal, conceptual, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Highly organized and Detail-driven
  • Exceptional client facing and service oriented skills
  • Have a working knowledge of Adobe products, HTML, CSS, content management, PowerPoint and Keynote as well as QA, testing and computer platforms
  • Solid understanding of visual communication and design concepts
  • Ability to manage outside vendors, suppliers and freelancers

Project Managers are pivotal members of our team. They are hands-on individuals assigned to specific projects – working closely with other internal departments, operations and creative staff to consistently deliver innovative concepts within media solutions on time and on budget. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with and creating proposals, budgets, production schedules, and running projects from concept to proposal to delivery.
