This is a twelve month position on the current HCEA-ESP Secretary and Assistants Salary Scale. Actual salary placement will be in accordance with the salary procedures of the HCEA-ESP Master Agreement. .

High school graduate or equivalent and six years of clerical/secretarial experience, with three years at the level of Administrative Secretary (Please refer to the job description for additional requirements)
OR
A.A. Degree in Secretarial Science and two years of experience at the level of a secretary.

OTHER DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with Workday Financial ERP
Knowledge of general procurement practices
Experience in procurement, contracting and purchasing
Ability to work with suppliers and vendors in challenging situations
Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Adobe Suite of programs
