Alegeus is the market leader in consumer directed healthcare (CDH) solutions, offering the industry’s most comprehensive platform for the administration of healthcare benefit accounts (including FSAs, HSAs, HRAs), the industry’s most widely-used benefit debit card, and powerful engagement solutions to help consumers maximize savings and optimize spending for their healthcare.
More than 500 clients – including health insurance plans, third party administrators, benefit brokers and financial institutions – leverage the Alegeus CDH platform to administer healthcare benefit accounts on behalf of their employer group customers. The Alegeus revenue model is based on selling the Alegeus technology platform to clients – and, in turn helping maximize clients’ success through the addition of employers and consumers via marketing programs, campaigns, and services.
This position is a marketing role intended to help drive employer and consumer use through Alegeus clients.
Develop marketing content and program materials to support Alegeus and its clients in their pursuit to maximize/optimize participation in consumer directed healthcare products (such as HSAs, FSAs, HRAs)
Marketing content creation – Writing and collaborating with graphic design resources, agencies or other outside vendors
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to encourage adoption of “best practice” marketing approaches and program strategies – for employer sales, consumer adoption and usage
Articulate clear program themes and messages for CDH products – to help educate and simplify these concepts for an array of stakeholders (ex. clients, employers, consumers).
Develop, create, and write marketing program plans and content to achieve desired outcomes – including emails, direct mail, videos and multimedia, brochures, flyers, posters, and more.
Manage marketing programs from start to finish; review all major deliverables to ensure quality standards and expectations are met.
Support the Alegeus “marketing portal” – our platform for dissemination and customization of marketing content to Alegeus clients, employers, and consumers.
Assist in the use of marketing automation platform to create and manage digital marketing assets and campaigns
Provide additional marketing project support for the Alegeus marketing team, as needed
BA/BS in Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience required
2-5 years of progressive experience in marketing or communications
Creative, high energy, highly-motivated, innovative, proactive, and resourceful
Exceptional verbal, written communications and presentation development skills
Prior success working with consumer directed healthcare plans and/or healthcare accounts
Experience creating, executing and driving exceptional results from integrated communication strategies
