What we need:
We are looking for a Facilities Assistant to join our growing team to help with the day to day office needs. This role will include a work day from 7:30am - 4:30pm (w/ a lunch) and will consist of the duties listed below. Hourly rate will be dependent on experience but will range from $14 - $18 an hour and will be given full benefits.
We are looking for someone who can be a positive addition to our team culture and make our office more effective at delivering superior client/employee service. Strong organizational skills are needed, and a positive attitude is essential.
Make sure conference rooms are clean and tidy (and prepped when clients are visiting)
Restock office supplies
Daily setup and clean up of coffee and breakfast
Daily setup and clean up and store left overs of catered lunch
Wipe down lunch tables
Load and unload dishwasher several times a day
Sweep kitchen after lunch and whenever needed
Restock snacks / drinks
Keep kitchen clean, stocked and organized at all times
Restock all fridges
Keep fridge clean and organized
Take inventory of needs for Costco order
Able to lift 40 pounds, Grocery store to pick up when needed
Other office errands (i.e. Post Office, Apple Store, recycle used toner cartridges)
Mail packages when needed
Setup and cleanup breakfast in conference room for meetings
Open and put away package contents
Restock office supplies
Assist with intra-office moves
Assemble desks, chairs and other small office furniture
Break down boxes and put in recycle
Maintain water cooler restocked with 5 gallon jugs
Prepare desk for new hires with monitors, supplies, chairs etc.
Sort and Deliver Mail
Assist Events Coordinator with setup and clean up of office events.
Assist Events Coordinator with gathering supplies for retreats
Implement and maintain desk cord management
Clean patio furniture and sweep patio area as needed
Fold, organize and put away swag
Maintain storage room organized
Keep bathrooms stocked with necessary items
Wipe down common area furniture as needed and keep tidy.
Vacuum occasionally when needed
Throw garbage away on rare occasion when need
