Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Cashier/Stocker to join our team. As a Cashier/Stocker, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling cash transactions, and ensuring the store shelves are stocked and organized. Lots of room for growth within the company.
Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them with their purchases
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Stock shelves with merchandise and ensure products are neatly arranged
- Receive and unload shipments of merchandise
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Skills:
- Beer knowledge a plus
- Retail sales experience is preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting, as required for stocking purposes - 50lbs
- Organizational skills to maintain a neat and orderly store environment
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Must be able to lift 50 pounds, unload pallets of beer, and be able to or willing to learn how to receive and manage wholesale deliveries.
Ideally, we are looking for someone who is of legal drinking age, lives locally, has reliable transportation and who is willing to work morning, evening, and weekend/holiday shifts.
