The Service Retention Manager will be responsible for the front line, on-site consulting and coaching at the dealership level. This persons chief role will be to build a solid relationship with dealership personnel and provide analysis, coaching plans, and implementation assistance. He or she will be directly involved in creating and sustaining improvements leading to increases in Service Retention, Service Effectiveness, and an increase in CP parts and labor revenue. He/she will be familiar with all internal systems and processes and work directly with (as a team member) the existing OEM field staff.
