STUDIES AND ANALYZES WAGE OR SALARIED JOBS AND PREPARES POSITION DESCRIPTIONS IN STANDARDIZED FORM. PARTICIPATES IN COMPENSATION SURVEYS. FACILITATES THE ADMINISTRATION REVIEWING CHANGES IN WAGES AND SALARIES FOR CONFORMANCE TO POLICY. PROVIDES SUPPORT IN FUNCTIONAL AREAS OF HUMAN RESOURCES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO RECRUITMENT AND EMPLOYMENT, PERSONNEL RECORDS, AND EMPLOYEE RELATIONS. ANALYZES AND EVALUATES EXISTING OR PROPOSED INFORMATIONS SYSTEMS TO PROCESS DATA.
- Complies with policies and procedures, accreditation agency requirements, and federal, state or local law and regulations
Acts as system administrator for HRIS setting appropriate security access could range from updates to department to additions or deletions to staff.
Perform 403B match testing for highly and non highly compensated employees.
Prepare Evaluation and Competencies reports each year for HR board for review.
Prepare/Analyze market data for all job roles to ensure classifications and starting wages are appropriate for our region.
Prepare detailed wage proposals with supporting analysis to Senior Management and Human Resource Board for approval each raise time.
Establish and Maintain all existing pay scales for the Medical Center
Determine wages for employees bidding on posted jobs opportunities
Ensure all yearly Evals and Competencies are accurately recorded and sent to E file cabinet for quick review.
Send files to Directors, Attorneys securely via Secure Drawer.
ESSENTIAL-CORE- JOB DUTIES-
Formulate and Calculate reports to determine employees gain share payout amounts based on specific earning and hours conditions.
Assist with annual analysis of winners for sick time bonus programs. Prepare upload to payroll system for payment.
Create and formulate all Cognos reporting request to staff and managers as needed.
Ensure maintenance to HRIS is performed in a timely fashion –which includes updates to tax tables, patches, and software updates.
Build /Update the benefit enrollment module each open enrollment year. Import all new years’ data into deduction fields.
Work with vendors/support (for Ultimate, Cognos, and Kronos) to troubleshoot software issues and data/payroll issues.
Aid in balancing of GL/HSL and send balanced reports to accounting.
Perform various HR generalist duties.
Maintain /capture job qualification and main duties of all active roles and keep them current for evaluations and postings.
Other duties directed.
BACHELORS DEGREE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, HUMAN RESOURCES OR RELATED FIELD REQUIRED.
KNOWLEDGE OF MICROSOFT OFFICE SUITE
MASTERS DEGREE WITH SPHR/PHR CERTIFICATION PREFERRED.
EXPERIENCE IN JOB EVALUATION AND COMPENSATION SYSTEMS PREFERRED.
