Recovery Services Administrator I - Full-Time

FIFE Crisis/Outpatient

Essential Job Functions

1. Responsible for administering the business plan and monitoring budgetary activities.

2. Responsible for locating facilities where training can be held; planning curriculum; monitoring and adhering to the terms of the contract.

3. Identifies potential customers and referral sources; develop a marketing plan and market program to appropriate organizations and customers; develop policies and procedures for referrals and customer satisfaction.

4. Responsible for the oversight of activities of subordinate staff which includes but are not limited to:

a) Coordinates the hiring process to include interviewing applicants and making hiring recommendations.

b) Provides orientation and ongoing training to staff and/or students.

c) Supervises activities of staff and/or students including assignment of duties.

d) Monitors the performance and evaluates on staff and/or students.

e) Initiates disciplinary actions and recommends improvement plan or corrective action.

f) Assists and monitors staff and/or students in maintaining employment related credentials and/or requirements.

g) Provides continual support and coaching to employees and/or students.

h) Plays a lead role with implementing training modules, adjusting them according to demand and upgrading on a continuous basis. Assures quality delivery of all training modules.

i) Implements evaluation tools regularly and track progress towards goals. Continually adjust training content according to evaluation feedback.

j) Participates as an active member of the Programs Management team.

k) Develops and maintains positive and constructive working relationships with collateral agencies.

Documentation

Documents relevant and required information and services provided in the identified service record (electronic or otherwise) assuring continuity of care as a tool for communication with other team members.
Maintain and observe all HIPAA regulations that apply.
Provide timely, quality and accurate documentation in accordance with program standards.

Education, Licenses and Experience

Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field from an accredited college or university.
Minimum two years of program management or administration; preferred 4 - 5 years' experience.
Additional Requirements, Certifications and Qualifications

MHP/CDP Supervisor (co-occuring) with outpatient experience required 3+ years preferred.

Must have a current Healthcare Provider CPR Certification
Completion of Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) and Therapeutic Options Training.
Completion of Aids Training Certification
Completion of First Aid Certification
May be required to pass pre-placement physical
Must have TB test clearance
Proof of Rubella and Hepatitis B immunity
Will be required to pass the Washington State Patrol and Company Background Check

Driving Requirements

Must possess a valid Washington State Drivers license and be at least 23 years of age if driving a company vehicle, and 21 years of age if driving a personal vehicle on agency business.
Driving record clearance for the past 39 months as determined by the State Department of Motor Vehicles
Proof of auto insurance if using a person vehicle on agency business.
Working Conditions

Works in general office environment and behavioral health clinical areas. Some risk involved in the event of agitated people. Must possess visual and audio skills to complete job duties. Schedule may include long hours and travel throughout geographic region.

Physical Requirements

Works in a standard office environment with some exposure to hazardous situations. Physical demands may include work close to the eyes and substantial motions of the wrist, hands and/or fingers. Occasional sitting, standing, walking, handling, finger dexterity; eye-hand-foot coordination, use of corrected vision; color vision, use of auditory senses. May be required to lift up to twenty (20) pounds.
