Our client is looking for a Field Support Specialist who can hit the ground running! The chosen candidate will be responsible for executing service delivery (IMAC, Break Fix, and Desk Side Support) according to Managed Client Policy & Procedure Guide. Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance for any IT related issue. Act as a single point of contact for escalated issues both from end users and management team. Coordinate weekly and monthly reports to track progress and monitor workflow for the entire team. Coordinates specific on- boarding and- off- boarding activities for new and terminated Client Employees.
