The salary range for this role is $65,000-$90,000.
What you’ll be responsible for:
You will provide necessary backup for the current Salesforce team, assist in the management of the backlog of bugs and feature requests, and strengthen the team’s capacity to handle system maintenance and upgrades. This is a beginner level position that reports to the Senior Salesforce Administrator/Developer and works closely with the Campaign Technology Liaison.
What you’ll be doing:
- Oversee user management, which includes, creating and managing user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions.
- Assist in configuring Salesforce settings, including workflows, validation rules, and custom objects.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights to various departments.
- Conduct data management by performing data imports, exports, and updates to maintain data integrity. Use dataloader.io, Excel look up filtering, and/or SOQL for advanced data analysis and manipulation tasks.
- Respond to Cases for Salesforce Support and Bulk Operations requests.
- Provide technical support to Salesforce users, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
- Assist the Salesforce Admin/Developer in complex tasks and projects and perform additional duties to support the department as needed.
- Support the Campaign Technology Liaison in managing data quality tasks.
What you need to succeed:
- 1-2 years of experience in Salesforce administration.
- Basic understanding of Salesforce development, including Apex and Visualforce.
- Familiarity with bulk importing and exporting data with Salesforce (e.g. dataloader.io, SOQL, Excel) is required.
- Proficient with Salesforce reporting and dashboards.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
