Bailey Industries is growing rapidly and seeks a proven Outside Cabinet Sales Representative. We’ve been serving Florida and the surrounding areas since 1985. We aim to educate and empower our customers to make the best choice and set the bar higher for the world of contracting. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must have previous cabinet sales experience and industry knowledge. Our sales representatives are initially and continuously trained in order to deliver the best possible customer experience and to offer a permanent solution that we stand behind. The driving force of our corporation is our team members, and none more important than our elite Outside Sales staff. In this key role, Sales Representatives will represent Bailey Industries by showcasing and selling the cabinet lines and turnkey service that we offer. Sales Representatives will create, fully develop, and insulate profitable customer relationships with local and regional builders throughout the state of Florida. The Sales Representative's focus will be on the residential single-family and multi-family accounts in your territory and will act as the technical expert for Bailey Industries products by utilizing 20/20 renderings, CAD drawings, and available resources.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Conduct on-site customer visits with new and existing builders.
· Develop and aggressively work an annual territory business plan.
· Must Be Willing To Commute to Tampa area
· Work with customers and customer service to receive and process all inquiries and orders in a timely and efficient manner.
· Identify customer product needs and coordinate products and services to address these needs.
· Work with customers and customer service to develop price quotes.
· Report back to management through all channels required by the manager.
· Resolve customer issues and product complaints.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills·
1 Year Professional Sales experience a must!
· Must be extremely efficient in the 20/20 CAD design program.
· Clean Motor Vehicle License Required
· Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, customer service oriented, an excellent communicator, and well organized.
· Cabinet Industry knowledge preferred
Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook preferred
