The Key Account Territory Trainer is the bridge between Honeywell Homes and a Key Account’s Field Services and Leadership and Development. This team member serves a specific territory to ensure that team members are trained on new product knowledge effectively and timely. This role reports to the Technical Training Supervisor – Key Account and is part of the Customer Experience (CX) function.

Responsibilities:
Collaborates with the Training Manager and the Key Account’s talent development team to execute on the delivery of product training for branches within his/her territory.
Identifies opportunities to improve key branches and relays findings to Training Manager and the Key Account’s training team.
Travels to specific branches as needed to provide coaching/support on product related issues.
Collaborates with Regional Directors, Regional Managers, and Security Managers along with the Training Manager to ensure continued ongoing branch and Security Advisor support.
Collaborates with talent development team to ensure accuracy and relevance of solutions.
Participates in all huddles, conference calls, and planning meetings to effectively deliver training and meet identified time deliverables.
Incorporates feedback and learning into training that is provided by the Sr. Technical Advisor and Training Manager.

Effectiveness of the role is measured by the reduction in product returns (RMA) and customer callbacks in the territory
Must be able to sit without interruption for up to 2 hours. May be required to sit 6-8 hours per day
Physical presence in the office during work hours for impromptu meetings and access to information/data necessary for the position

YOU MUST HAVE
Associates degree and 2 years instructional design, facilitation and delivery experience
WE VALUE
Knowledge of Honeywell Intrusion products & services
Knowledge of eLearning course applications, including Lector, Articulate and more
Experience with Learning Management Systems
Ability to adapt to evolving products and technology
Experience as a trainer/educator for technical products
Excellent team and communication skills
An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction
An ability to influence at the operational level
