We are looking for a Mechanical Engineering Intern in our Chicago office who wants to join us in Improving Society Through the Built Environment. Essential duties and responsibilities
You will receive on-the-job experience and training from our brightest seasoned and entry level professionals. Over 12-weeks, we will quickly ramp you up with technical training and guidance to help you succeed in the engineering industry.

Program Structure:
12-week summer program that consists of working with two vertical market or service groups

Highlights of participant activities include but are not limited to:

Attend welcome luncheon with program supervisors
Attend in-house technical and professional development seminars
Receive market and service sector industry overviews from team leaders
Partner with Technical Supervisors to be guided through the design process
Receive discipline specific design advice from Technical Authorities
Enjoy community project and social activities with your peers
Gain basic insights on successful project management
Potential project site visits to understand project design solutions
Obtain Revit/AutoCAD training
Qualifications / Skill-sets
Ability to work 40 hours per week
Revit/AutoCAD experience a plus
Solid communication skills and proven ability to work well in teams required
Involvement in campus activities and associations preferred
Education / Certification / Experience
Sophomore or Junior pursuing an engineering degree in mechanical, electrical or architectural engineering preferred
Must possess a 3.0 GPA or greater
