This position supports the purchasing requirements of the hotel purchasing group on and off the fleetwide vessels.
Preferred - Qualifications /Education / Experience
Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Hospitality, Hotel or Culinary Management. 3 or more years previous hospitality/hotel/culinary purchasing experience in a passenger vessel environment.
Required - Qualifications /Education / Experience
Associates Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Hospitality, Hotel or Culinary Management or 2-3 years hospitality/hotel/culinary purchasing experience.
Must have excellent organization, communication skills. Must have strong skills in time management, handling multiple tasks, setting priorities and meeting deadlines
Interest and appreciation of hotel and food purchasing
Data entry / Excel skills necessary / knowledge of RESCO, NS5 preferred.
This position must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Occasional travel may be required
Flexible schedule, work some holidays and weekends as needed
Must possess or be able to obtain a valid driver’s license
