Epiphany Consulting is an accounting and financial consultant practice in Dover, NH. Currently seeking a part time office administrator and assistant to provide support with basic office organization and administrative tasks. This job includes responsibility for maintaining our CRM software and also our internal bookkeeping for the company. Flexible schedule is negotiable but the candidate should expect to work a minimum of 10 hours per week during normal business hours. Days and times will be set according to what works best for the candidate and owners’ schedules.

3+ years of hands on administrative support experience
proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must
knowledge of operating standard office equipment
excellent communication skills – written and verbal
ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills
good research skills and attention to detail
proficient in QuickBooks Desktop
