Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong clerical skills and be proficient in data entry tasks.
Responsibilities
- Input, update, and maintain accurate data into computer systems
- Transcribe information from paper documents into digital formats
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Utilize software to computerize data and generate reports
- Enter orders accurately into the system
- Create and update spreadsheets using pivot tables
- Type and proofread various documents
Requirements
- Proficiency in basic math skills
- Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and speed
- Familiarity with clerical procedures and systems
- Ability to work with order entry systems effectively
- Experience with file management and organization
- Knowledge of pivot tables is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
