Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
Works under the supervision of the Employee Health Services Director. Provides clerical support and serves as the department receptionist; answers request for information, prepares and maintains files and employment records, schedules appointments, and performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
Work requires knowledge generally acquired through a high school education or GED. 2-3 years clerical experience, preferably in an employee health services environment. Ability to input and extract data from the Employee Health Services Information System. Job requires high level of positive interpersonal/communication skills, enhancing ability to interact effectively with employees, volunteers and vendors. Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism during variable workloads/strains. Interpretation of Employee Health functions, policy, practices and procedures. Ability to plan, organize and manage various tasks within a dynamic and high- pressure environment. Good working knowledge of software such as Microsoft Office, Meditech and mainframe emulators.
